Terms & Conditions

Warranties
• Warranties may not apply if the furniture is not used or maintained as recommended by the manufacturer.
• Warranties may not cover chips, scratches, or marks on the furniture.
• Warranties may not apply if the product is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper use.
• Warranties may not apply if the product is used for a purpose other than its intended use.

Pick-ups
The customer is responsible for securing all items to their vehicle. Please report any manufacturer-related issues to us immediately. Louvre Living Furniture is not responsible for any transportation-related damage.

Customisation & Special Order
• Special orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
• The arrival of your order is estimated according to information provided by the factory. Actual delivery may vary from this estimate.
• Special order merchandise is not returnable.
• Special order merchandise will be repaired and not exchanged or reordered.
• Orders may not be cancelled or changed once they have been accepted unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions.
• Some products may have slight variations in colour, finish, and dimensions.
• Special orders are for products made according to your unique requirements or for products and colours that are not currently stocked but may be available on special order (e.g., colour variations, configurations, and sizes).
• If a customer receives a custom special order based on their request and does not like it at the time of delivery for any of the above reasons, no refund or exchange will be available.
• For customised orders made according to a client’s request, once the order has been submitted, no changes can be made. After the product is completed, no refunds or exchanges will be offered if the client is not satisfied with their chosen customisation or has a change of mind.

Estimated Order Arrival
• We quote the best estimate based on information provided by our suppliers.
• All special orders are subject to the manufacturer’s availability.
• No discounts will be given if merchandise is delayed by the manufacturer.

Delivery Service
• Because we offer delivery service to a broad area, we must deliver en route. We are unable to provide an exact “time of day” for delivery. However, we will give you an estimated delivery time (within a three-hour window) the day before your scheduled delivery.
• Please ensure the designated delivery area is free and clear of obstructions, including pets, and ready for delivery.
• If you cannot be present to accept delivery, please arrange for a responsible person to be available to inspect and accept the delivery on your behalf.
• If delivery to the designated room involves limited manoeuvrability due to narrow hallways, doorways, stairwells, etc., we cannot be responsible for any damage that may result from attempting placement. If setup in the designated area is not feasible, delivery will be made to an accessible area.
• Delivery personnel will not hang items on walls.
• A delivery fee applies to all orders, with a separate charge for each delivery trip.
• Delivery fees and times vary based on the type of goods and are calculated according to the size, weight, and destination of your order. For orders placed through the website, you may contact the store to calculate delivery fees.
• We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain locations where items are deemed at high risk of loss or damage or in areas inaccessible by standard courier and delivery services.
• In such cases, you may arrange for delivery using your own courier, in which case all insurance for loss or damage will be your responsibility.
• You must verify your information before placing your order, particularly your delivery address. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you will be billed for additional delivery charges to reschedule your delivery.

Change of Mind:
Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns or exchanges for furniture items due to change of mind or incorrect selection.

Measure Carefully
It is the customer’s responsibility to measure their space accurately. We will not accept returns or exchanges for items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements.

General:
Our products are suitable for domestic use only. Unless otherwise specified, all products sold are for indoor use only. Any warranty will be void if the item is placed outdoors, including under covered areas.

Pricing
• All product prices are quoted in Australian currency and include GST.
• You agree to pay all applicable taxes, including GST, in connection with this contract.
• Delivery fees are not included in the product pricing and will be calculated separately.

Payment
• Full payment for products is required at the time of purchase.
• Alternatively, a 30% deposit may be accepted if approved by Louvre Living Furniture, with the remaining balance to be paid before delivery or pickup is arranged.
• A surcharge applies to payments made via EFTPOS.

Refusal of a Purchase
We reserve the right to refuse to proceed with a purchase or any part of your purchase without liability (except where liability cannot be excluded by law) in cases where:
• A product in your purchase is unavailable.
• There is an error in the price or product description.
• The purchase triggers fraud prevention protocols.

Placing Orders Online
• You will need an account before placing an order.
• We strive to display colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently across screens and displays. Variations in shade from screen to screen are not considered faults or errors. Returns based on colour differences are considered a change of mind and will be processed accordingly.
• Any product photos or illustrations on our website or in our publications are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from in-store displays.
• On rare occasions, suppliers may be unable to deliver products to us, or delivered products may not meet quality standards. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from our website and remove or edit any materials or content.
• If goods are unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel your order before dispatch and will notify you via email. You may choose to receive a store credit or a refund for the unavailable product.
• Goods will not be dispatched until full payment has cleared. If payment cannot be processed, your order will be rejected, and you will be notified via email.
